Tiff started Ramstein American Middle School today, home of the RAMS. She said she was not nervous at all. However, she made sure that I not only walked her to the Middle School (which is across the street from my school), but she wanted me to wait with her until the doors opened and to walk her to her class. I was not the only 6th grade parent doing that, about half were there so it was all cool. I did notice that the 7th and 8th graders (who line up in different areas) did not have many moms or dads around! She loves MS so far, her homeroom teacher, Dr. Rifner, is also her LA and Creative Teaching teacher. Small world in DODDS because he moved to Pusan the year after I left and is good friends with one of my best friends.
It was freezing outside on Monday morning, this is what Tiff had on and she was still very cold!
Before Dad left for work on the first day of school. Matt is stilll on crutches and cannot walk or put any pressure on his right foot, we hope he will be close to walking in a walking cast near the end of October. Grannie B. bought Tiff this cool shirt this summer.
Laney thinks Sieben is one big, wet, slobbery toy.
