Take me out to the ball game!

 Tiff and Colby have been practicing for the upcoming ball season.  Colby is on the "River Bandits" and Tiff is on the "Braves".  This is the day Colby got his uniform...notice the backwards pants...ha ha.

 Opening ceremonies where all the teams in the KMCC area come together for a little parade around the field.  The Commander throws out the first pitch, etc.  It was FREEZING today but the kids still had fun.

 Colby's hard to see, just a glimpse of his head.  There are 19 t-ball teams, I could not believe there were that many!  Next came coach pitch, then baseball, the softball teams.

I thought that Tiff looked pretty in this picture even though nobody is posing, I think it captures her well.

 Tiff's team won, she is playing short stop so far this year.  She hit every ball that came to her and even got wacked in the head with the ball (while being pitched to her), thank goodness for the helmet!  She plays fast pitch so those balls come pretty fast.  The pitcher on the other team hit at least four gals during the game today.  

 Colby's class dog Max.  He is playing with Colby this weekend and we are journaling their activities to share with his class.
