We are in Garmisch for the annual Dodds golf tournament. Matt is directing for the 4th year. He is passing the torch to another person for next year. The first day the course got rained out so all the players voted on playing 27 holes on Sunday and the weather was awesome. Tiff stayed in Ramstein with one of her girl friends whose family invited her to stay so they could go to an amusement park together this weekend. Below is Laney-Lou and Colby playing with some 3D books they got from McDonalds (in German).
The resort always has a big Labor Day bash for the kids and fireworks at night. The kids had fun and got some cool prizes.
The hotel has an indoor pool and a large outdoor jacuzzi, it is nice to have the cold air on you and to be in the hot tub!

Since Matt was at the course all day Sunday the kids and I decided to do a trip up the mountain. We got Subway sandwiches for a picnic lunch and headed up to the gondola for a ride. The kids thought it was the best things ever. Colby said "I wish we could do this every day!"
