Hello Holidays!

Here is Colby at his school Christmas party on Wednesday.  He loves school and so do we.  There are now three boys in his class and the rest are girls.

I got to sneak out of work during lunch for a few minutes to join the fun.

Friday night we had our Life Group over to have our annual White Elephant gift exchange, it was a hoot.  Here you see me, Misty, LeeAnn, Christina and Lisa (in the front).

Between all of us we have 13 kids so we decided to have a kid-less party, Tiff and Colby went down the street to Lisa's.  Laney was supposed to sleep but woke up around 9ish to join in the fun.

Awesome shirt that Jason got from the Kouba's....ha ha.  We dared him (or anyone for that matter) to wear it without a shirt underneath....to church.  Sweet.

Paul's gift was the most interesting one of the evening.  I can't even remember what it is called but it was sure good for a lot of laughs.

Laney getting her first official hair cut by Eva, our favorite hairdresser.  She is German and cuts hair out of her home.  Laney, Tiff and I call got a hair cut on Saturday.

Visiting Papa at his new shop and having a picnic lunch from "Old McDonald's" (as Colby calls it.)

Colby wants so much to be like Tiff, when we pulled up at McDonald's he asked Tiff what she was ordering so that he could get the same thing.

Papa's new store opened this week and we are proud of him and all his hard work.  I should have taken a before picture, as he did a lot of work to get the store looking nice.  Several friends stopped by the store on Saturday and that really meant a lot to Matt.

Matt planned a surprise date on Saturday night.   We went to one of our favorite Indian Restaurants and then enjoyed a local Christmas Market in Kaiserslautern.  I loved being at the market at night, just so pretty, many people around, lights, fires, etc.  Laney stayed home with our favorite sitter, Ashlynn while Tiff and Colby went ice skating with Jill, George and Justin.
