When Laney gets in trouble she tells me when she needs to go in time out. I think I have only really tried her in time out once but now she loves to announce to everyone that she is in time out, she is quite proud when she sits there.
Enjoying the Christmas train that Mimi and Pops gave us.

Digging through the goodies to see what sparkles.

I am pretty sure she cannot put her arms down.
Waffles, a must.
Sheer joy.
Laney in her fancy princess headband from a fest. Messy face gets her extra princess points.....Jill!

My all time favorite market was at the castle in Kusel. It was a medieval fest and many people were dressed in costume. Good eats, entertainment that included archery and fire throwing, just won my vote.
Goodies from St. Nick from the market in Landstuhl.
Laney trying to escape St. Nick.
St. Nikolaus was there also handing out goodies, Colby was a little cautious but the desire for cookies won out.

This is the guy that hands out switches to naughty children at Christmas. This day he was handing out cookies.

Yummy crepes with Nutella, a must have on a cold day. This was at the Homberg market.

Mommy and Grumpy in her sweet little $2 yard sale dress, I love a good find.

The sleepy-turkey effect gets to all of us, even the littlest turkey.

Auntie Jill is an awesome Southern cook.
Papa Daddy and George fried up two turkeys and they were delicious.

I think I ordered the same winter coat that you are wearing but I ordered charcoal. Land's End? Yes, I too love a good find - visit the thrift shop regularly, the kids call it "treasure hunting". I know one day they will be embarrassed about it but not today. BTW, I have your package ready with bows and am mailing tomorrow, sorry I've been so slow... Sending a holiday hug your way :)
