The Beck Family: S'mores

Tiff had her first babysitting job watching Baby Jack yesterday. She is now 12, the legal age to babysit over here. We are looking to get her Red Cross certified and a lot more practice and then we will set her free on the babysitting community. I was with her the whole time but let her do the work, she was psyched and did very well.

Now that I am not working, watch out, I will be putting any and everything on the blog :) So, we are BIG believers in desserts, as I have said before. I love being able to make a decent meal in the evenings, actually planning ahead rather than cooking what is easy (like I do when I work!) Tonight we has a slow cooked roast, corn and homemade smashed potatoes, that Tiff said tasted exactly like the ones out of the box, ha ha. Tiff also made me and the kids french toast for breakfast and I kicked in some bacon, we planned out dinner and a dessert of S'mores. Yum! Colby was not a fan of the fire and ate his marshmallows uncooked until his last one. You can see by the green grass that the rain has returned to Germany.
