Turkey Time

So, I had planned to post all our Turkey pictures at once but that has proved to be impossible. More will be added soon. The girls and I took a day trip to Antayla to shop and see the sights! Flowers and herbs drying. Spices for sale. Molly and Jill wanted to do a photo shoot off, here is Jill's and Molly's is below. Email me and tell me who you think took the better shot. Seriously, they will REALLY want to know!

Awesome lunch of hummus and all sorts of other goodies to dip our bread in, yum!

Oh my, you would not belive how much food there was at this place. Colby had straw-ba-berry ice cream almost every night.

The kids had a "mini-disco" every night, Bella and Colby got up there and cut a rug. Little Man had ALL the ladies :)

Okay, after dinner and ice cream then came the nightly cotton candy....and lollipops...after mini-disco time...oh no! Those kids-club people sure do know how to keep the kids happy. Does Colby look high on sugar or what?
My hot honey and sweet pea.
There were nightly shows at the resort and Matt and Curtis were called on stage several times to help entertain. Here is Curtis helping out during the "magic" show.
Molly was also called up on stage too, ha, I was crying. She had to pretend to be the mother of a man that was murdered. This is the "before" shot.
Here she is after they dressed her up.
Colby could not watch.
Papa got called on stage and was the priest. I am telling you, he has played Jesus and a priest on stage in just one month!
Making hats at the kids camp.
Playing baby games :)

Little lady with big Sissy.
Eating again....I'm telling you!
An authentic camel ride through the city...hee hee. Glad it was not me! Hey, I pulled the short straw had to do the hour long horse trot in Spain last year!

Curtis and Bella in the lead.
My two favorite boys.

The camel was rubbing his body against us, I think he thought we were his personal scratching posts. Tiff was on the pier with Jill, the camels did not interest her...the animation team did!
Shopping here reminded us of Korea but it was much more expensive. Apparently, the tourists that come here believe the shopkeepers claims that their items are the real deal! The true reason for this photo is to see Colby trying a new pouting technique. Here he is SO SAD that Mama has not yet gotten him the covented Fanta she promised him.
Laney is finally walking!
Kids play area at the resort.
Tiff and Auntie Jill
We took a boat trip from the resort to see some caves and a waterfall.

Colby and Laney both fell asleep on the boat, Matt said that it a sure sign that I should let him buy a boat....I am not so sure about that....

We seem to see "Stinky" every place we visit.

Our resort, it was amazing. It had a spa that the girls and I visited (me twice), indoor pool, outdoor pools and slides, bowling alley, movie theatre, game room,
eight different restaurants (not including the buffet restaurant!), etc! Kid's pool, only Tiff, Colby and Jill were brave enough to get in. It was in the 80's but the water was too cold for this old gal!
