We spent President's Day Weekend at a Centre Park in France, about two hours away from the house. We made last minute plans to go with the Hall's and were very pleased with the set up! This place was situated in the absolute middle of nowhere. It was a huge compound in a wooded area, had awesome indoor pools with many slides, kids areas, rock climbing, etc. There is canoeing, paddle boats, archery, bowling, horseback riding, indoor play places, ropes courses, a petting zoo (Jill was psyched about that! ha) etc. We will be going back to one of these parks, as they are in many countries around Europe. Below you can see Matt's arms in the air, enjoying the wave pool. The waves were rough for me and Colby so when they came on, we went out!
One of the indoor play places, really, one of the neatest I have ever seen. The kids loved it, I was very impressed and Matt liked his banana split!

Boys will be boys.
We stayed in what they called a villa, but what I would call a cabin. It had four bedrooms, three baths and was very new, as the resort was built in 2010. Colby loved the built-in hairdryer and the jacuzzi tub, he wanted to dry everyone's hair but only got a hold of his, mine and Laney's.

The grounds were so large that we rented a golf cart to tool around, as they did not allow cars or parking in a lot of areas. They also rented out bikes, which would have been nice had the weather been warmer. Colby loved the cart, the last night we drove all over on a "bear hunt", we were actually looking for deer, only saw one the whole time.
Outside our cabin.
The indoor pools were awesome. I don't know who enjoyed the slides more, Matt & George or Tiff & Justin!
Sweet thang!

Lunch at the pools.

Early Saturday morning, watching Sissy and Justin doing their wild rapids course.
They signed up for this private class, had a blast but got pretty beaten up after an hour or so. Tiff has more bruises than I have seen on a child and she is proud!

As you can see, since this was a last minute trip, all the kennels in the area were full so we brought Sieben along. Europeans love dogs so they can go almost anywhere with you. She did surprisingly well and we would take her back in a minute.
Our kids think George hung the moon. Seriously, Laney crawls to him before anyone and raises her hands and says "mama" to GEORGE! They love, love, love him!
