We went to England this weekend with Jill and George to visit the Briggs family. The girls in the group all have known each other since Korea, we have all been in each other's weddings, have been through thick and thin. We have all been to London several times so we decided to drive down to the coast to an area on the water called Skegness. We had a blast. These pictures are not in order; however, this is Jill before we left the airport today getting Krispy Kreme doughnuts, as they don't sell them in Germany. Yes, she got them the day we flew in too :)
The crew outside our B&B. Curtis, Molly, George, Jill, Bella, Matt, Tiff, me and Colby. Laney was still inside, as you can see, England's weather felt more like fall then late spring.
The owners Paul and Wendy (and dog Benson) were very nice. They have been running this B&B for two years now. Paul does all the cooking for the Inn, makes breakfast to order. I liked the boiled eggs with "soldiers" which was toasted bread slices to dip in to the runny yolk. Matt had the supreme breakfast which consisted of sausages, eggs, toast, beans, tomatoes and ham. There was fresh fruit, cereal, toast and yogurt daily too.
Game time! We are a very competitive group, boys vs. girls, you can imagine who always wins... this is a long tradition for us and we all try to bring new games every time we see each other (usually about twice a year). It can get very loud during these game times!
Bella and Colby watching Elmo, at one point they were both dancing in their seats (rocking back and forth), very cute. Colby does not usually do this but I think he was following his gal pal, Bella.
Breakfast area, we had dinner here (cooked by Paul) one night too.
Dinner consisted of roast beef or salmon, shrimp cocktail or asparagus soup, bread, carrots, cabbage and a choice of desserts, ON top of the cake that Paul made for us.
Birthday surprise cake for me and Molly. My b-day on the 26th and hers the 31st.

"Playing" Connect Four in the living room at the B&B.
House cat named George, Colby loved hunting for him.
Jill got pooped on by a bird, I told her it was good luck, she was not amused.
We went to a seal sancturary that was a lot of fun, it had other animals for us to feed and see. Alligators, birds, sheep, goats, fish, ducks, a butterfly house, flamingos, snakes, etc.
I did not think Colby would feed these goats and sheep but he did, this is his reaction. This boy cracks me up.
