Hello Dolly!

We all came to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area of Tennessee to see the things that there are to see here, many tourists here but it is fun to walk around and look at the shops, etc.
Today we visited Dollywood, Dolly Parton's theme park. I was not thrilled about it, you can call me the scrooge of theme parks (hate them); however, I was very pleasantly surprised. The park was very nice, and the service was great everywhere. They claim to be the friendliest place around and it seemed so to me! Well, we had 5 kids and 4 adults and needless to say, we were all beat by the end of the day! This one actually belong s at the bottom of the post but I am having troubles!
Lisa and Lauren.
Big Guy, loving his horses.
Colby also loves trains, we all rode this around for about 20 minutes.
The family on the water ride.
Tiff, Mackenzie and Riley all rode their first "real" rollar coaster today, with loops and all. They were all very nervous (since last night!) but they all loved it. They rode every coaster in the place, Mackenzie said it was the best day of her life! :)
Waiting for the big kids to drive their cars and giving Papa a little love.

We got an amazing deal on a fabulous resort, the place that we are in has three bedrooms, a living room, fireplace, kitchen, jacuzzi tub and this lazy river (along with an indoor pool), playground, etc. I would highly recommend it! www.riverstoneresort.com
Tiff, our dare devil fish, she is afraid of nothing!
Would you believe there is a TV in every room??
Our room looks off on to the golf course, totally breaking Matt's heart :)
Before we left NC we went mining for jewels....well, actually sluicing. We had never done it before, we all got very dirty and the kids found some great gems.
