We arrived in NC on Wednesday, had an interesting flight....the pilot told the parent behind us that he was going to have to make an emergency landing if she could not control her son, it didn't happen even though the child did not behave the whole trip! Here is Colby getting his bags packed for the trip.
This is Lori's Uncle Harold, he is in a nursing home in Hickory and is a spry 85 year old! He has a better memory than anyone we know, he can tell you all about serving in WWII. He had a stroke in 2007 and it affected the right side of his body so he has been at the home ever since. He shares a room in the nursing home with his 98 year old brother and his his 84 year old sister is also at the home. Harold had 6 brothers and 5 sisters. He is really an amazing man!
We got Colby this travel chair to use for the summer, going to Babies R Us really tests my self control, there is so much to buy here!

WELCOME BACK to the USA! Uncle Harold looks great and how fun that there are siblings staying so close to him! Your mom looks so happy to be with her grandson, Colby! Enjoy your visits!
