This is Vonda, me, Heather and Michelle. Our friends Heather, Chris and KT left for the states on Monday, they are moving to Ohio for a year, Chris in the AF. We were sad to see them go, what a neat family. We had a cook out at house in their honor on Sunday. I met Heather at Ramstein Elementary, where she was also working. I remember her asking me about being a Christian after her seeing a group of us praying for a friend's father who was sick with cancer. She invited me and Matt over for dinner and we became friends and she has always been such a model of a Christian friend, wife and mother for me. We will miss them.

The whole crew, minus Jean and Kevin....we all became friends first without all of the little ones! It has been fun to enjoy our kids together. As you can see, Vonda is expecting, you can't see that Heather is too!
A blessing is that Shannon (old college friend) and her family are here now visiting for spring break. They woke up this morning to a pile of SNOW, what a fun surprise! This is Shannon and Isabella.

Lori, thank you so much for hosting the going away for Heather and Chris. It was so much fun seeing them off and you and Matt are great hosts. Your home is beautiful and we so enjoyed it. And Ella Rose especially enjoyed playing with Sieben.
This was a very fun gathering! Thank you for hosting this for us - we were honored. You all have been such special friends to us and we sure are going to miss you but I know we will see each other again (somewhere). I am sure glad we became friends! We look forward to continue getting updates through the blog :)
